Ludwig recently signed a big contract on YouTube, but due to recent mistakes, he terminated the contract. He recently streamed with his friend slimeIRL to simulcast Smash Summit 12, but that might explain how Ludwig violated his YouTube contract. Honestly it was a funny moment, but hopefully it doesn’t cause any problems. It was probably the shortest stream ever, lasting only a few minutes. He laughed out loud about it, but he had an exclusive contract. This meant he wasn’t supposed to go live on Twitch, but apparently, that’s what happened, wrong or not.
Ludwig’s recent stream started with “LateWig” spam, acting as if he wasn’t online when in fact he was. However, Ludwig is online – just on the wrong platform. Turns out, he accidentally left his roommate’s Twitch settings in his software, and he spoke up: “Everyone was spamming late, and I thought ‘I’m not late, I’m actually live. Oh, wait…”
Ludwig was sure he was on YouTube and everything was fine, until now, and he quickly said, “Oh shit. I’m on Twitch,” and immediately cut off the feed. Ludwig laughed about this in a subsequent YouTube stream, joking that his defense in “Alphabet Inc. vs. Ludwig” is what he calls everything Twitch. He was confused because everyone said he was late when he was broadcasting live.
The look on Ludwig’s face had clearly changed, so it was unlikely that he had done it as a mistake, and it was a real mistake. The chances of something negative happening are very unlikely. One of Twitch’s biggest names has made the jump to YouTube, and the clip makes it clear that he doesn’t intend to become a member of the Purple Giant. Hopefully Ludwig won’t get banned again on YouTube because of this.
